It’s important that we find it easy to work together, that we ‘click’, imagination flows, and there’s a good vibe between us.
Within an hour or two, we’ll know whether we can (or can’t) work together harmoniously, whether our values complement or clash. It’s got to be a win-win situation for both of us.

- Let’s be honest and up front about it, sooner rather than later.
- Neither of us should take it personally.
- I’ll be honourable about it: if you’re unhappy, you don’t pay.
- You’ll be honourable about it: if you haven’t paid, you won’t use it.
